We’ve put together a few simple instructions to get you started right away.

If you’ve never phone banked before, don’t worry it’s simple.

You’ll need a few things to start.

What You Need to Make Calls

There are just a few things you’ll need to make calls:

• Phone
• ActionID
• Computer

Any phone will work – home phone, cell phone, or even call from your tablet or computer.

You’ll need an action ID to login to the system. More on that below.

You’ll need a computer or tablet, since the phone banking system is all done online. It’s hard to use your phone since the screen will be small. We recommend a computer or tablet.

Start Calling

Once you’ve got your action ID, and you’re taken our quick tutorial, you’re ready to make calls.

Follow the VPB code link you received in your email and you’ll be taken to the OpenVPB system.
